Mascioni Textiles –Italy
We worked closely with Mascioni textiles to find a suitable Joint venture partner to further grow their business. After successfully identifying a suitable partner and laying out a merger plan, the project was handed over for deployment.
Sarar Group –Turkey
Due to our strong ties in the North American market, we worked with the Sarar group to provide them an entry into the North American and successfully negotiated the barriers to entry for them. This project expanded their footprints into the American market for home textile, and it led a tangible increased in revenue.
Mastro Raphael – Italy
Similar to the Sarar group in Turkey, Texlynx Consulting division worked as a partner with Mastro Raphael to introduce them into the North American home textile market.
Monami Tech – USA
As a new and growing Fintech, Monami Tech reached out to us to assist them in finding a suitable investor and to secure funding for their Pakistan based project.
EA International – China
EA International was a leading supplier to all Pakistani vendors in the home textile sector, due to the growing demand for their product, they set up a joint venture with Texlynx to set up and kick off production and sales in Pakistan. EA International now have a developed Pakistan based production facility supplying the major portion of the home textile market.
As a sourcing partner for Croscill, Texlynx actively marketed their brand in the middle east and successfully navigated the barriers to the middle eastern market for an American Brand.
